Champions league draw 29th August 2019 - Group C (Shakhtar, Zagreb, Atalanta)

If we draw Atalanta, don't book flights to Bergamo. Their ground doesn't meet UEFA regulations, so instead they have to play in Reggio Emilia; which is closer to Bologna.

    NFL Football

Yep. He said it's because since playing through injuries (2016), his body is fucked and he doesn't want to play through pain anymore or go through the recovery process continually. Seems like he has fallen out of love with football. Sad. Think it throws the AFC South all open now. Had the Colts...

Surprisingly, the city council do quite a good job of separating the Audi factory from the town proper. That said, you'd be hard pushed to find someone driving a non-Audi car around the place.

By the way, here's some words on my football travels in Germany this summer: Waldhof Mannheim vs 1860. Some good pyro in this one - https://thebundesligauk.wordpress.com/2019/08/07/a-brit-visits-waldhof-mannheim-4-0-1860-munich/ Mainz II vs Balingen -...

Cutrone has the potential to be a great signing. He showed flashes at Milan and looks to have the assets to make it in the Premier League. Does it suggest that Nuno will be going to an orthodox two upfront?

I could, if I actually spoke German! It's ironic really, I follow German football and write articles as well, yet the best language I speak (other than the obvious) is Italian - due to my History degree. From what I've heard, the busiest locations for the charity that I'm working with are...

Cheers! Not as ideal this summer, as it is in August - so I missed today, West Ham and Spurs. Can't complain though, the Kaiserdom is incredible - four Holy Roman Emperors, four non-crowned German Kings are buried there. Plus, the Americans are very liberal with their tips ;)

I'm volunteering with a charity. It's an opportunity I found through University, so somewhat related. I essentially give free tours of the Kaiserdom in English and in return, they put me up and provide me with money to live off. I did the same in Nice last summer.

Deal agreed with Bayern Munich for Leroy Sane - €60m (including add-ons)

https://www.marca.com/en/football/international-football/2019/07/28/5d3de42e46163f26098b458b.html They must not do irony in Germany. £350,000 a week for Sané? Rummenigge on Griezmann's salary: Bayern Munich won't participate in such craziness.

    Worst signing by each manager

Savic was no way Mancini's worst signing. Sure, he had a few dodgy games, but he also had some good moments - Blackburn away comes to mind. It was a case of right player, wrong time - as I believe his father had just killed himself before he moved over. His success at Fiorentina and Atletico is...
