Headed over to Middlewood Way today for a long run, planned to head back on the Macclesfield Canal and got a little lost trying to get to Lyme View Marina, so ended up doing 21.5km and getting a HM time of 1:57. Buzzing with that!

Do Sky not have any preview show or highlights? They have an excellent team in the studio so would seem sensible to have another programme for the viewers other than the Sunday games. Or is this due to TV rights, and C5 have them for this sort of programme?
