    Premier League Games | 1/2/3 Nov '25

Turns out me thinking Garnacho was a twat in a gimp mask had nothing at all to do with him being a rag. Who knew?

    Premier League Games | 1/2/3 Nov '25

They were making a pretty good fist of it this time last season so at least they’ve managed to find the oft talked about consistency…

    The British Monarchy

And it’s a lot, lot more than that. Still, as long as the poor and elderly are freezing their tits off, it’s a bargain!!

The RSF, The UAE and the killings in Sudan

It’s because the media in general and politicians in particular like to pretend there are binary answers to everything. Not only that, if you’re not with me, you’re not only against me but you are my enemy. It’s disappointing and ridiculous in equal measure…

The RSF, The UAE and the killings in Sudan

Sadly, you could replace UAE with about 175 other countries and that sentence would still be true…

Is train travel in the UK expensive? Or am I missing something? Serious question

So you’re paying less now than you were before Covid… :-)

    Adverts on bluemoon

There must be a fee based, ad free subscription coming to BM in the very near future as there can be no other reason to make the site almost unusable on some occasions...

    Bournemouth (H) - Sun 2nd Nov, 16:30 | PL | Pre-Match Thread

This is where the PL, as a collective, should put their foot down. Liverpool and Spuds playing on Tuesday so, obviously, Spurs kick off at 1730 and Liverpool kick off at 2000. City and Newcastle play on Wednesday, so they both play on Sunday, obviously!

    Bournemouth (H) - Sun 2nd Nov, 16:30 | PL | Pre-Match Thread

It’s not even close to being like KDB and Salah at Chelsea. They played 16 games between them (3 + 13) in 2 years. City have played 14 games so far, Cherki has featured in 4 but been unavailable due to injury for 7. I think he’ll be ok.

What has the UK become under the far right influence?

I remember when it was the blacks and the Irish to blame for the lot of the working class. Then, just as it became obvious that Thatcher was to blame for effectively closing down UK industry, leaving the North to die on its arse, whilst selling off everything we owned, the rich media barons (all...

    President Trump

Thing is, if he wasn’t such a narcissist, he could have said any President should be prepared to take the test, as being fully cognisant is a minimum requirement of the job. Alternatively, because he’s an arse, he decided to go with the old “I’m the biggliest genius any doctor has ever seen”...

    President Trump

It definitely was a cognitive function test. Doctors do not, ever, give people an IQ test, as it is completely unrelated to any medical condition. The ONLY diagnosis it can give is, in fact, your IQ. Whilst the world surely knows this, the Donald’s description of the ‘test’ should have...

    Media discussion - 2025/26

You want to see true bias and hatred whilst we’re playing, don’t worry about commentators, just get yourself into the match day thread. Almost makes Stanley SlapaSwede and Shagadog Collymore look like a City positive pundit…
