    11 | Lauren Hemp

Jeglertz has confirmed Hemp has an ankle injury and will be out "for a few weeks". Huge relief that it sounds like a shorter lay off than we were expecting. I also welcome this new era of injury transparency ha.

    Joie Stadium

Sure, and it's correct that these stadiums should be used for multiple purposes. But the naming rights to the stadium were negotiated on the basis of it being the women's stadium and the investment that came with it was promoted as being an investment in the women's game. In the event of a...

    Joie Stadium

I think Chelsea women own their stadium too (although it is in the arse end of nowhere). I think we might have been the first to build one especially though. Brighton have also had planning permission to build a stadium specifically for their women (which is actually great for them as even the...

    London City Tickets

It takes them a while to approve. Im not on FB so I had to get my partner to join as I was trying to get tickets for a sellout game last year. It took a few days!

Fixture change - City v Arsenal moved to Saturday 4th 12 noon

    City Women’s Team | 2025/26

Horses for courses i reckon. Woukd be great for some games. Sounds like Jeglertz is really happy with Blinks at the mo too.

    11 | Lauren Hemp

Anyone buying a ticket cos they only want to see one player deserves to be mugged off anyway lol. That said, I think its completely believable that they wouldn't know the length of injury layoff just yet.

    11 | Lauren Hemp

Well yeah. Looked like quite nasty ligament damage so we'll just have to wait and see the full extent. On the up side Kerolin did brilliantly when she came on.

    11 | Lauren Hemp

To be fair, Jeglertz said they don't have the results of her scan back yet. So it might not be a case of them deliberately vague on this occasion. Guess we'll know later in the week.

Matt Beard has passed away aged 47

Really apparent how universally liked he was be that by his players, colleagues or journalists. Know a couple of people who knew him through their work and they're absolutely devastated. Theres been a lot of men who have worked in women's football who have really failed to build good working...

Matt Beard has passed away aged 47

Really sad news announced by Liverpool this evening. Did a brilliant job for them delivering 2 league titles in his first stint and had them punching about their weight in 23/24 season. Seemed a decent guy who was liked and respected by his players. RIP Matt Beard.

Match discussion - Tottenham Hotspur (A) Fri 19 Sep 19:30

We have a top class goalie in Yamashita. I dont blame Keating one bit for their goal but i would at the moment prefer Yama playing that role.

Match discussion - Tottenham Hotspur (A) Fri 19 Sep 19:30

Expected Spurs to present more of a challenge going off their opening games but they were pretty rubbish all in all. Still, we played well and agree that LBB looks a really classy player. Crazy to me we paid a pretty hefty fee to bring her in during the winter window a couple of years back and...

    Kalvin Phillips

I remember him in that game really well. After the second Villa goal went in there were a couple of our players whose heads completely went and they dropped to the ground (cancelo was one) but Zinchenko was the first one to order everyone back to it and to fight to the end. He was a good squad...

    Kalvin Phillips

You said he was a lower league footballer which is patently false. And FWIW i didn't expect him to do much at Arsenal either. He brought a bit of title winning experience but he was never going to be a player that would transform them into champions and I dunno why they bought him really.

    Kalvin Phillips

Im not having this. Top drawer? Absolutely not. Lower league? No way. And fully played his part in getting us over the line to titles. Guy has an elite mentality.

Looking forward to this one. Im a homesick blue who lives near Leyton's ground (where Spurs play) so its a nice and easy one for me. Going with two blues, two Arsenal and and one Scouser. Spurs have played much better this season than I expected so they wont make it easy for us. Still expect us...

    City Women’s Team | 2025/26

Sounds like Clinton could be in line for her debut on Friday. Shes been in full training according to Jeglertz in his presser and Lohmann still injured. Can see her coming in for Blinkilde Brown (who played well last weekend but still lacking that bit of physicality for me)

    24 | Iman Beney

Was very impressed with Beney on Friday night. She only turned 19 in July, was her first start in a new team and I thought her link up play and ability to move the ball in tight pockets was brilliant. Already seemed to have a really good understanding of the players around her. Think she really...
