He’s only 21 - he should be judged on his raw attributes as a defender and his leadership qualities at such a young age. The rest will be moulded. Hes got 2-3 years before he becomes what Dias was when we signed him, and that hasn’t turned out badly at all.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence at all that the day Dias returned from injury was the day that we started looking like a proper team again this season. I can’t help but feel that he is far more important to this side than you’d ever realise if you just focus on the football alone.
