Yep - would have loved to see us add this guy to our team next season, in a position I think needs investment way before even considering a player like Rice.

The cult will be back at it next season with the signings they’re making.

Their midfield has been absolute shite these last few years, and they’ve been carried by their attacking players - but with Mac Allister and Szoboszlai they’re actually building a competent midfield for once.

Will be interesting to see how they evolve their style to reflect the change in tactics to actually playing through their midfield rather than around it.
