    Your favourite sitcom

Out of curiosity, where would OFAH rank in posters lists of comedy's?? When polls come out asking people to rate their favourite Sitcom, obviously on a Northern teams football forum, Early Doors is favoured, The Royle Family, Phoenix Nights etc - and rightly so, as they are all funny as f**k...

What are your most watched top 5 films?

Dead Mans Shoes Forrest Gump Quadrophenia The Breakfast Club The Business Boyz In The Hood (I know that's six, but I genuinely re-watch those films more than any others, time and time again) And, Sound Of Music was my mums favourite film when she was alive and I watched it numerous times as a...

Best and Worst Opening Day Performances

Blackpool at home in the 98/99 season It was so important we (the fans) turned up for that one and we certainly did, in our first season at that level. I also remember Mark and Lard coming on the pitch at half time, Lard running on, doing an aeroplane!!

Favourite Old City Chants You’d Like To Hear Again

City is our name City is our name We've won fook all since Elvis died City is our name You thought you'd won the league at Sunderland - should be sung more than it is too, in my opinion

Fans turning to lower league football

I've posted many times that I'm an exiled Blue who lives in Norfolk I've gone from watching City 10-12 times a season, to 1 or 2 matches - only managed Ipswich away last season. For me, it's the cost, plus VAR and the tourists who frequent the Etihad - I know that sounds hypocritical, but I...

    A.I. danger

I'm not a fan and I know I'm in the minority. But it will just increase levels of idiocy to new heights as people have to think even less than they already do. I work with a lady, who by her own admission isn't the brightest button in the tin. Last week she wrote a piece for a company...

    Oasis reunion

I've spent the last two days in that there London on a break with the missus and our young daughter. Oasis weren't even playing on these two days, yet as previously stated, there were Oasis fans everywhere (I'm a big fan too and seen them at Maine Road and Knebworth) I wanted to go into the...

    Wordle

I got todays (1500) in 4 - with the letters I'd guessed, it couldn't really have been any other word than todays word. As for that Connections game - I've been playing it daily for the last month or so and have guessed correctly twice..........but most days its just bonkers!!

    Game shows with time limts

Me too!! I love the format, I think the two presenters are very good. It all just works

    Darts 2025

Haha, Yeah, Barry Hearn will be devastated if Wade is in the Premier League!! Wade over 20 years has been (arguably) just behind Taylor, Barney & MVG?? But Hearn wants the young blood of Dobey, Aspinall etc. Nothing wrong with those players, just agreeing with your point of Hearn wanting Wade...

    Game shows with time limts

90 mins for a Pointless record?? Sounds like most of utds games last season!!

    Darts 2025

Yeah, unfortunately, I think Wade will end up beating himself I want Wade to win, but don't think he will. I've watched a couple of interviews with Wade the last couple of days and he's been very honest. I was never a huge Wade fan, but you cannot deny his talent

    Darts 2025

Logically, you can't beat that for a perfect leg - ever But, the Smith vs Van Gerwen one was more dramatic because of Van Gerwens missed double for the 9 darter Then Smith steps up and hits a 9 datyer!!

    Darts 2025

Michael Smith vs Michael Van Gerwen Both players hit two 180's Van Gerwen steps up, hits two treble twenties, but then misses double 12 for a 9 darter Smith steos up, hits two treble twenties, then takes out the double for a perfect leg Mardle is having a meltdown in the commentary box as it...

    Darts 2025

As Mardle said The second best leg of darts ever (Smith vs Van Gerwen was the best, so similar to what we just saw)

    Oasis reunion

Pretty much isn't it. For example, I've stopped buying big bars of chocolate in the supermarket as I feel it's expensive and I'm getting ripped off. But, paying over the odds for something which will give me memories that can "Live Forever".........can you really put a price on that??

    Oasis reunion

I agree with you on this (I wasn't disagreeing on my first reply, was just curious and I'm happy to have been enlightened) Music is what it gives you - you the individual. Be that on your own listening on headphones or with a group of ten mates within an 80,000 crowd - where every song sung and...

    Oasis reunion

Album sales, agreed, but with today's world of streaming etc. I bet Oasis would be in the top thirty, probably the top twenty and maybe even the top ten. Isn't Wonderwall one of the most streamed songs ever??

    Oasis reunion

It depends how badly you want to see something - and obviously if you have the money. I paid £50 for our £18 play off final from a lad outside Wembley - I wanted to see it that badly and luckily had the money. Similarly for the Oasis Maine Road gigs in 96, I was desperate to see Oasis...

    Oasis reunion

It's because us parents, who are now in our fifties, brought our kids up right - City & Oasis!! My daughter, who is 30, is a Blue and could probably sing every lyric to 90% of all Oasis songs I'm a proud dad!!
