I agree. Wasn’t insinuating he just gave up!

I think he must as involved as anyone in the day to day running of the club and I think we all reach a point, one day or another, when you just think I can’t really be assed with this any more. That post treble winning summer sounds like it was a nightmare for him and he may have just been...

    Jeremie Frimpong

Frimpong, Porro or Yan Couto wouldn’t go a miss right now for Kyle Walkers spot. The limit on players you can loan out at any one time has shafted us in recent years.

    Not that...

In some bizarre fashion I’m revelling in this spell. Don’t get me wrong, the results are awful. But the build up and suspense towards a game has gripped me again. I’m no longer going into a game expecting us to win and anything else is just a disappointment. I look forward to the matches and...

It's Quiet 18 - Wanna ring the bell?

I remember talksport calling this Peps next evolution when we signed Kova, Nunes, Doku last year. He’s moved away from technical and more towards players who drive with the ball. The issue we have is there is no space to drive into with a low block and they lack that cutting edge pass in gaps...

    47 | Phil Foden - 2024/25

There was a moment yesterday when he lost the ball and didn’t remotely try to win it back. It led to the moment where Akanji was trying to get his attention. We had it a couple of years ago where Phil was in and out the team for 6 months, then came back the season after stronger. We just...

Liverpool (A) PL - Post Game

Is it just me who took positives from yesterday’s game? Obviously not the result or the first 15 minutes, they were dire. But the team we finished with looked stronger than we’ve looked for weeks and there was glimpses we’ve still got something about us.

The recent decline is definitely down to poor forward thinking, whether or not Txiki knew his retirement was drawing nearer and stopped having the desire is anybody’s guess. I would like to thank him for everything he’s allowed me to experience in football but it’s definitely time for a new...

Potentially so, not disputing that. Would just be Saka if palmer was still here.

    18 | Stefan Ortega - 2024/25

I hear noises I don’t usually hear when Ortega is in net. I realised today it’s the sound of a keeper making a decent save. Absolute legend calling Liverpool a dump to. Give him a knighthood.

    82 | Rico Lewis - 2024/25

Just gonna throw it out there on the Palmer subject. When he was here I thought he was sh*te, greedy and didn’t overly like how he came across. Turned out to be a decent player so far. But if he was still here in this set up he would be the same player he was. Move on from it, he needs to be...

The kids 20 and we normally nurture players in over a season for this reason. Looks promising. Cut him some slack.

    2 | Kyle Walker - 2024/25

He’s definitely going through a rough time. Think reflection of his poor life choices are coinciding with his legs going and it doesn’t paint a pretty picture.

    Pep Guardiola - 2024/25

Exaclty. I think there has just been a misconception above Pep as to when the rebuild was necessary. Spent a few years prioritising net spend, which may be something to do with the 115. Who knows. I think it’s obvious to see for everybody at the club that investment is needed again.

    Pep Guardiola - 2024/25

I don’t know if that is satire but he could get us relegated and I’d still fancy us for the champions league next season.

Judging by your post I’m going to say you’re 25 or under. Am I warm?

    27 | Matheus Nunes - 2024/25

If Nunes is playing I think it needs to be centrally for energy over Gundo potentially. We’re at a point where we need hunger and energy.

    Pep Guardiola - 2024/25

I think it would take another 30 consecutive losses on the bounce for me to even considering wanting Pep out. Love the bald genius.

Match Thread | Liverpool vs. Man City (01/12/24)

From minute 30 onwards I’m not too down about that. Expected far worse. That team we had on from 75 onwards was miles better than what we had to start. Need a couple of players with fresh legs and the hunger to win again in January.
