We've been ravaged by injuries fatigue and poor form. Players are burned out and it's showing. I have faith Pep will rebuild but it'll take time.

He can stay another 9 years and relegate us all the way to northern premier.. and I'd still love Pep!

He's not the problem.. we're finding out what Kompany found out in the PL.. your tactics are good but sometimes the players just aren't good enough to execute them.
 
The title has gone but there are still points to play for and one domestic cup to win. He is part of overseeing the rebuild along with the new DoF

Exaclty.

I think there has just been a misconception above Pep as to when the rebuild was necessary. Spent a few years prioritising net spend, which may be something to do with the 115. Who knows.

I think it’s obvious to see for everybody at the club that investment is needed again.
 
There seems to be a lot of posters around who can't accept that sometimes, in sport, you can't always win, there's two teams out on the pitch with the same objective. We've won the league fuck knows how many times in the last few years, maybe show some patience and humility.

Otherwise it starts to smell a bit raggy in here.

Yes but is he not part of the reason the players are burnt out by insisting on a small squad the moans to everyone about the amount of games we have to play.

Do I think he can rebuild. Yes. Do I think the club will give him the money to rebuild. I’m unsure. We will need to buy top quality ready made players not players that take a year to fit in pep’s system

Constantly banging on about how he could walk away from his contract as well.

Does he have to say it every week? I can’t see how it improves things saying that before every game.

He's partly to blame, but he's not to blame for all the games (including pre season tours an meaningless internationals) we've had to play

Except Kompany was at Burnley, there is no way it should be this bad with this team despite the injuries and lack of signings.

Sometimes in life.. you don't want to believe it but a loved one is "dying" and their organs start failing one after the other despite the will to fight. That's what happening to City.. we thought they'd be good enough to last the season but clearly the indications are not good.

We just need a refresh for anyone not 29. Maybe Bernardo is the only one that makes the cut over 30.

At the very least we need 2 in in our midfield and some players that can actually press. I know the actual list will be longer but our midfield is non existant at the moment and that's where we need the most help.

And the problem is not Pep.

I just feel like he can do better than this, just try something different when you know the current system is not working without Rodri, Pep has always innovated but he has no plan B at the moment.
