I agree there should be a family area, but not in level 2. Kids want to be as close to the action as possible to try and get a glimpse of their hero's. Certainly not up in the gods so they can get an overview of play and see how the different teams formations are shaping up etc

Well, we've all been taken by surprise, but the details have been hiding in plain sight in the planning docs (even includes the name Cross Bar ffs!) I have drawn how City hall will be accessed from inside the stadium. It seems us plebs in level 0 will have to stick to the concourse.
