Don’t think it’s Apple mate, more City. After a couple of days back and forth with Fan Support over twitter they sent me a new link which seems to have worked, although I’ve no QR code like last year the ticket is now at least in my wallet!

Same here mine was deleted and i’ve got nothing in my expired passes, but i’m getting an error saying forbidden max 2 passes issued remove 1 ‍ Fan support also not responding as at 5pm Friday

Anyone remember Tevez going awol? That didn’t work out bad when he was given a second chance. If Cancelo is back, demonstrates commitment, says the right things and more importantly Pep is ok with it, then why not give him another chance?

If you are in a cup scheme and can’t attend or transfer your ticket are you entitled to a refund? What are a customers (we aren’t fans anymore) rights? Citymatters?

Do you work in the ticket office or for the club by any chance? Not everyone can deal with it!

I really hope the Citymatters group are taking note of all the negativity on here and on the likes of Twitter(yes I know! but some tweeters are just like us normal people) and will feed back to the club The amount of issues being raised is unbelievable, and that’s before we’ve even got anywhere...

fully appreciate what you say and your position and circumstances. Also fully agree number of points don't make a fan bigger than any other, but if someone has chosen and committed to follow City whenever their circumstances allow instead of doing other things, under a points based system that...
