Often either takes forever to open BM or it just never happens, and has got worse. Very off putting unfortunately.

Good point. Maybe I will reconsider. We seem to be somewhat unlucky with the CS and it is about time we won it again. It would be awful to succumb to the team that will not be mentioned again.
