Real Madrid post match post mortem

    I'm missing Phil's here somewhere.

    17 | Kevin De Bruyne - 2023/24

Don't mention Cancelo in the same breath as De Bruyne. Talk about being disrespectful.

    11 | Jeremy Doku - 2023/24

Maybe you should compare him to a player who is still here, like Jack, who never beats his defender. No better first touch than Mahrez. But he's not a City player. I do love Jack.

    11 | Jeremy Doku - 2023/24

In two years time, he will have improved as a player, and I'd love that very much.

    17 | Kevin De Bruyne - 2022/23 Performances

And to think, what goes for sport journalism in this country, not once, not once!!!, voted him Player of the Month (but watch them swoon over him any chance they get). Disgusting, actually.

    17 | Kevin De Bruyne - 2022/23 Performances

Thinking of the people that said he was past it, or he couldn't keep up any longer with the team. He played through injury, and personal problems and still contributed enormously to winning the Cup. Thank you, Kev.

    17 | Kevin De Bruyne - 2022/23 Performances

He probably looks at it as 55/45 in his favour. Or perhaps he's desperate to "prove" himself to people that wished other players play instead of him. There's a few of those on this board.

It's down to him needing rhythm to keep his sharpness.

    17 | Kevin De Bruyne - 2022/23 Performances

I don't believe so. If you looked carefully, you can see Kevin signalling to the bench minutes before his second goal in the Arsenal match. And also, he sort of thought to stop running before Erling passed the ball back to him. He was uncomfortable about something.

One of the most informative interviews, what you see is what you get from Kevin. Wonder if he'd make a good manager. I put my money on it!

2 assists and one goal against Germany.

Yes. And not with his back to the goal.

We're stuck. City's much better without him. I read it here.

    17 | Kevin De Bruyne - 2022/23 Performances

You either don't understand his playing style, or, don't rate him to be in our starting line up. When you compliment him, the few times you are, it's always conditional. It's as if you regret he's in our team. I think you'll be enjoyIng watching City much more after he leaves. In a few years...

If he stays healthy, and isn't sold to Burnley in January, he'll be at Cesc's heels by the end of the season.

    We get it now. Thanks.

    Romeo Lavia

It was THE disappointment for me last season, that he wasn't bedded in, knowing Fernandinho would leave. He held and holds soo much promise. Agree with everything you said.

    Apology to the club

Yeah, it was chaos out there, many running everywhere - and bumped into others in the process. Olsen took it as an attack on him. BS. Unfortunate, yes. But he wasn't outright attacked.

    26 | Riyad Mahrez - 2021/22 Performances

Same with Aguero. How many did he miss. Many. And that was on Pep, too.
