Right now there are 2,107 people on this very site (members and lurkers.)
Come on everyone, chip in with a quid. One pound. There’s £2,107 and the job is done.
That would be simply outstanding mate and the target hit and put to bed so please, if any fellow bluemooners can spare a £1 donation, which can be donated on the link below or sent to me via PayPal at
mmmac@hotmail.co,uk which I then add it would be very much appreciated.
Extremely grateful to everyone who has donated so far but also for the continued support over the years, it's 21 years now since my lad Harvey battled, and beat Meningitis when he was give a very slim chance of survival, despite amputations to all of his toes and some digits to each he continues to simply crack on with life, and always with a smile on his face.
Without this Charity and the hospital, our story would be a very different one, we are so proud, along with the support always shown to have now raised over £50,000 and will continue to do so.
Back in 2004 it was estimated 100 children fell ill per year with the meningococcal septicaemia strain, which Harvey contracted, then one of the worst strains but also thanks to the research and support of donations like the ones I’m asking for, that statistic has become 0 per year of that variation. !!!
If can you add a pound to help Tate hits his target it will be fantastic
After successfully completing three half marathon’s I’m now thrilled to be competing in my first ever full London Marathon on April 27th 2025, but I’m even more delighted to be running to help raise f
