Hopefully the insurance policy that came with it is valid when we send all the paperwork off. Some poor woman was trying to find them having paid up front and having all her windows taken out before they went bump -- it could be a lot worse!!!

That's horrible,it's a leap of faith to employ tradesmen these days,you never know who is reliable and who is crooked

Reputable local company done work for people we know not the cheapest.... What more can you do! Oh well nobody had died could be worse, but if the water ruins my new floor there's gonna be trouble!!!

Can't go to hosp with this cold but my daughter went tonight and says she was in good spirits and laughing! Just shows you what having constant company does for dementia sufferers, apart from her hip she's not been this well for months. I keep on at social services that the loneliness makes her depressed and forget things more, they just say they aren't there to keep her company but if constant contact with others improves Alzheimer's then surely it's medical need and should be treated as such?
