£50m is 70m€. This is very important to consider since foreign clubs don't care how many pounds we spend as long as they get their value in euros. 70m€ is a massive amount.
Koke's buyout is 60m€ euro. So I don't think its him
De Bruyne should not go for more than 50m€. I think Gotze is the most expensive transfer from a German club at 37m€.
Reus it could be, but again 70m€ is just too much. 50-60€ should be closer to his value
Sterling isn't worth £50m. Even with his youth and for all his potential and the English tax, given that he has two years on an underpaid contract left, he should be closer to £40m. But I could see City throwing such an amount at a player who would be English and a starter
Bale is a big possibility: although £50m seems less but in euros its 70m€ which is a decent estimate given that he cost Real anywhere between 91-100m€ and his value has decreased considerably
Pogba is a close possibility too. Someone from Juve said that they could sell him for 80m€, so £50m is a good start (especially if add-ons are considered)

He said it on the la liga pod cast, he actually mentions both bale and Ronaldo. Type in google graham hunter Ronaldo manchester city it's on sky sports website can't copy n paste on ipad.

To be fair he's the only journalists over there worth listening too!
In my experience the two people to listen to on transfers are Tolm and Dan.
Tolm has said that we've got a £50m/€70m bid in for someone.
Dan said he thinks out left sided woe might be over next year.
Spells Bale or Sterling to me.
I've decided over the past few windows that I enjoy not knowing and speculating. Love a good transfer speculation.
