I unsure about these kind of things. It seems the minorities are being cared for when in effect we are all just City fans.
Why be so specific in the split
Who does KP represent based on this criteria?

Manchester City has launched a new initiative to provide fans with the opportunity to meet senior Club representatives on a quarterly basis, to discuss a wide range of issues and topics which are of importance to the Club’s wider supporter base.
Kevin would represent the OSC I'd guess
Like other groups of this type they want to cater to as wide cross-grouping of the fanbase as possible. But why not have 3 or 4 ordinary season card holders, who make up the majority of the fan-base I'd guess? Another way of doing it would be to have representation from each stand, so 1 for Colin Bell, one for South Stand, one for East Stand and one for the Family Stand.
Sort of but that's what we've been asking for. The proof of the pudding of these things is who attends from the club. At most other PL clubs the top guys go to these meetings so can make decisions and discuss things face to face. If it's just Lisa Eaton & the Catering manager who attend for the club then it means everything is at arm's length.
I think you're assuming that they want match going fans attending ;-)Kevin would represent the OSC I'd guess
