It'll be TWO defeats after the trip to Tottenham on Wednesday night!

Its City, how do you know ?

to be honest as liverpool and we found out, it just depends on what mood the ref is in, these fucker are making more difference to the outcome of a game, than bricking the goals up at both ends would have

Since the league started on 15 Aug, we have lost just the one.

Beat Barca on their patch, in their game (Joan Gamper) along the way.

1 defeat in 5 months. Bloody marvellous innit?

Well done blues!

correct, not quite half way through the season, watch us kick on now.
what is this based on blind faith ?
imho there is little or no evidence to support this statement Bolton had piss poor home record but we let them score three so why are we getting better or will we kick on?

And compare the title of the thread to Liverpool's SIXTH premier league defeats this season, we're doing excellent. Well done Hughes, well done the coaching staff and well done to the players. It can't be easy, no matter how much money you're on, trying to adjust to making a team work, half of which is made up of completely new faces who are all going to have the spot-light on them. 6th place, 3 points, (and 4 goals), behind 4th place, a game in hand AND a semi final spot already booked? On 15/8/09 if someone had asked me would I take that cum mid-December, I would have had that 5 days from Tuesday every single time. Again, well done Blues and if any of the staff read this forum, I hope that like some of us on here, the negative posts are taken with either a pinch of salt, or just completely laughed at as impatient fans not fully understanding how much time this may have to take before success is delivered. In Hughes I have faith that success is imminent. CTID

Six league defeats and they're still only 2 points behind us. Just shows how this 'only been beaten once all season' argument becomes null and void if you don't back it up with wins.

That behind the operative word, because as long as that remains to be the case, we have a real chance of getting a top 4 spot, as Liverpool are the team who are most vulnerable for losing their top 4 place.

Except that it's not just a case of finishing above Liverpool is it ?? Are we in 4th ? Therefore it doesn't really matter how far behind us they are.
Im just saying that although it's good not to be beaten, it's no real achievment if you don't win...

i think your both extremist ;0

performed poorly early on without losing, playing better now, i can actually see more signs now. but you cannot play the ref and expect to win every game. anybody who has watch all matches have seen, we needed just a speck of luck and decent ref to have changed some of these draws into wins
