Is that based on the one pre season friendly? Are we now judging players before they’ve even played a proper season or even a game? For me, Trafford is an obvious downgrade from Ortega .
What do you think of Trafford's performance v. Palermo? Is that based on the one pre season friendly? Are we now judging players before they’ve even played a proper season or even a game?
If it’s that obvious, pep and the club must really be blind. I wonder why they would buy Trafford and be alright with ortega going?
There’s a reason why no one wants to by Ortega for cheap fella .For me, Trafford is an obvious downgrade from Ortega .
Ortega is at least OK. And so is Trafford. Who is better - beats me?There’s a reason why no one wants to by Ortega for cheap fella .
Not a single club in world football has a better second choice.Ortega is at least OK. And so is Trafford. Who is better - beats me?
Neither of them are, IMO, suitable keepers for a club hoping to be world best.
How can you say that? If you want to say so, then say why.For me, Trafford is an obvious downgrade from Ortega .
Not a chance is he 6'5 lol.
Anyways, he didn't look to out of place today.
Definitely alot of building out the back, he will get better at it with time.
What do you think of Trafford's performance v. Palermo?
For the record, this is the first time I've watched Trafford in a long while... but for me, he inspires no confidence whatsoever. For me, Ederson is a far better keeper in the traditional sense (commanding the box, decision making, leading the defense) and a far better 11th player (ability on the ball).
That said, Ederson makes way too many metal mistakes - including against Palermo - Ederson gives away goals more often than he creates goals for our side.
Early days yet, give the lad a chanceFor me, Trafford is an obvious downgrade from Ortega .
There is nothing obvious about it at all. Trafford is levels above Ortega. For me, Trafford is an obvious downgrade from Ortega .
FFS wait until he palyed a few games before making such a sweeping judgement. He is younger, home grown and had an amazing record last season. For me, Trafford is an obvious downgrade from Ortega .

Trafford and Ederson can do both otherwise they wouldn’t be a City with Pep. Ederson is a bit better with his feet but he’s better than anyone in that deprtment, Trafford a bit better keeper, maybe. But both can do both things. So we now have a keeper that carnt use his feet ,and a keeper than carnt use his hands ,wouldn't it be possible to get one that can do both ?
