International break has done this to us, but yes think positive. I am looking forward to the 11th November because by then we will have played all the so called BIG teams and suspect not lost in any of those games. We could even be top by then :-)

Well if you're getting giddy so am I !
These games carnt come soon enough for me because were gonna leave the rags so far behind us they will be nothing but a distant memory. These are the games we've got to win if were serious about challenging Chelsea, its know good beating chelsea then slipping up against lower teams. We've got to keep the pressure on the rest of the big boys.
 
The problem is at the moment we are short on goals.

The defence looks solid. Midfield is solid - if not very attacking or creative.

And up front we have some decent players, but we insist on playing with only 1 striker and to be honest, Tevez has been kindof "OK" this season, but he's not really on form. He's missed that ridiculous sitter at Sunderland and since then he's been snatching at things and doesn't seem to have his normal composure.

And whilst we are scoring 0 or 1 goals per game, then draws and losses are on the cards.

I just wish Balotelli was fit. For whatever reason, Mancini seems to not want to play Ade unless/until we are in trouble and it's the 75 minute. It's commendable that AJ has been able to come on and bag a goal, but we cannot rely on this as our primary way of winning games. If you look at Chelsea, Drogba and Anelka get enough goals between them and anything from Lampard and the rest is a bonus.

Buzzing for the game at city of manchester stadium a week today.
Could go along way to see what kind of levels both teams are at.
I reckon villa will scrape a 1-1 draw. Drogba and Alex out for chelsea. Agbonlahor out for villa.
Hope west brom perform like they did against us and get a result tomorrow against the scum.
Oh and the media do have it in for city
