Does anybody believe Twattenburg is telling the complete truth...?
I call bullshit on most of it...
I call bullshit on most of it...
Along with Sterlings "Handball" against Spurs, and numerous other incidents. He was either incompetent or corrupt. I know which one I think he was. That twat was one of the worst refs amongst many who were around at that time. Who can ever forget the penalty he gave against Sterling when we played Spurs? Sterling turned his back which the ball hit him on then gave a penalty. He also refused to give one for us against Bolton away and even worse he sent Bellamy off. Here's what happened.
The incident: Clattenburg showed Bellamy two yellow cards during a 2009 match between Manchester City and Bolton Wanderers.
The first yellow was for dissent.
The second was for a perceived dive, which resulted in the red card.
The controversy:
Bellamy and his manager, Mark Hughes, felt the dive decision was incorrect and a harsh punishment for the player.
Clattenburg later agreed, admitting the incident was likely a penalty and that the second yellow card was unjust.
One horrible bent twat.
