Why the fook didn`t we get a Guard of Honor when we we`re champions?


And time to get bitter again: Imagine this scenario, we won the League before the Etihad derby and Slurgie had to give a guard of honor to Bobby. That would be lovely

A guard of honour is done at the end of the season as that team are champions. It's to show appreciation for that teams achievements from their fellow professionals.

The following season the team is likely to have changed some players. Therefore why should someone like jack rodwell get a guard of honour when he was not part of the championship winning team?

We will get one next year when we've wrapped the title up by easter
