I had high hopes when he joined and was one of those who believed he’d really come good this season. Well, maybe he still will but I’ve become increasingly resigned to underwhelming performances that lack imagination, ambition or end product. He’s Mr Average, attempting average things. In a team that spreads out the goals, he hardly gets any.

No surprise he’s getting hooked more often and not always chosen for the bigger games.

I can acknowledge that he is not firing at present. The win percentage with him in the team is good. He works hard anytime he is selected. For me, his decision making and confidence from that is the problem.

I am not willing to write him off, he needs to find his role in this team. We all slagged off Gundo, Rodri etc and they managed to turn it around. Grealish has the work ethic needed to do the same. He won’t be given a chance by some but we all should hold fire. The lw for city might not be his position. Maybe pep needs to rethink his role otherwise it’s only going to get worse from the supporters. I will use the word lightly in this instance.

We all want city players to succeed. Anyone who has a vested interest in constantly attacking players do not align with the majority of supporters. We sit top and hopefully another successful season.

Maybe so but Pep’s becoming less averse to dropping or substituting him when backs are to the wall. I’d be willing to bet Grealish isn‘t fully meeting Pep’s expectations despite what is said for public consumption.

There's one of 2 things going on.
1 he's not up to making a impact in this squad or in peps style which is dissapointing.
2 Pep has put the shackles on him which is why he can't express himself like at villa.

Whichever it is £100m suggests something needs to change or its a compete waste . I don't believe he has improved our squad at all would rather have spent the cash and got Haaland 1 year earlier.
