I pointed this out a couple of weeks ag. Bruno Rat may equal or break the record number of assists for a season in the PL, he is close...

Yet Cherki has a far higher assists per minutes played..

Had he been a starter for a full season, then there's a very high chance he beats Kev's number, going on his current stats.

That's what we are dealing with. Of course, he has a long way to go to be a KDB but he's absolutely on course.
