Surgery, on what, youngbob?I think he's only gonna be properly unleashed next season after having surgery in the summer.
He wasn't "horrific" stop exaggerating.Doubt he will start weekend, Sunderland work as hard as anybody, cherki hasn't bothered to run without the ball yet, we arent even close to being good enough to carry a passenger like that and that is why his role has been limited to cameos. He started against Newcastle, another team that works very hard and was horrific, I can't see Pep making the same error again. Depending on how the game is going, he gets 10 minutes up to half an hour off the bench.

I agree he won't start against Sunderland, but Pep needs to put him on earlier, not in the 80th minute.

No I remember him creating a few chances including an absolute sitter for Foden that he put wide, he was mostly poor but not totally terrible.Against Newcastle? He really was. Instead of reading fans comments you could watch the whole game again on the City website. It's clear that the intensity of the PL is a shock to him but he played some excellent passes in that game.
