When you get your score screen up, press the 'Prt Scr' key. Then, open 'Paint', click on 'Edit' and click 'Paste'. Now crop the pic to your requirements and then save the image to your hard drive. Now, use Tinypic to host the image as per normal.

A little off subject but one of our second team took 10 wickets on saturday...and still ended up on the losing side!!!
