Same day Doves played for free outside the Etihad.

Went down to Shambles Square for a cold beverage and got off the bus opposite the Tevez poster.
I couldn’t stop laughing.

Forgot about the Doves gig in the North Stand car park. Absolutely pissed it down all night as I recall!

What a player Tevez was!

He was, often overlooked, but we wouldn't be where we are now without him.

Weird as it might sound, but the Tevez years, where we steadily got better year on year, but without the constant pressure of every game a must win, were probably my happiest times supporting City.

Not too shabby now mind.

But Tevez was associated with lots of firsts, I remember watching him at the Etihad dismantle Chelsea, something we hadn't done in a very, very, very long time.

It was magic.
