That's good to hear mate. I hope everything works out for you. I've been lucky enough to never have suffered from any mental health problems. Fuck knows why, I've been through enough. I have seen people close to me break down, and the feeling of being utterly fucking useless to them and not knowing how to stop them from hurting is not one I want to got through again. Although I know that at some time in the future it will happen again. I've been trying to read up on stuff so I can be more useful next time it happens. Watching someone have a complete meltdown is fucking scary and god knows how it feels for them. Hopefully I can be better prepared next time.

Mental health's a funny thing mate, it causes panic. I liken it to a wave crashing against a cliff. The wave breaks but the remaining energy makes the land shudder.
