If anybody is travelling in from places on the way to North Wales, you might be interested in knowing that Arriva Trains conductors are on strike today and there are no trains coming that way.

The Northern trains from Chester via Altrincham are running but they will be that packed I wouldn't imagine there is much chance of getting on one, anywhere past Chester.
