I can see where a televised match may cause an issue to a TV channel re: advertising or a delay to a following programme.

Crystal Palace have been done for the same thing previously. City haven't been fined all this in one go, each time we have been late the fine has been increased from the previous fine. Just need some better timekeeping, although in the grand scheme of things 2m is peanuts.
