Done himself no harm with a classic peak laporte display, does everything with ease. Great to have 3 bang in form defenders don't want to be changing it on a weekly basis but they'll all get a fair amount of games so long s they maintain this level.

Played well today. We have 3 genuinely world class CB's, and Ake when he's back is no slouch either. Fantastic problem to have. Glad I'm not the one that has to keep them all happy, though.

He’s managed to get a few games in recently and no surprise to see him getting better as a result. Dias and Stones still no.1 for now but a fit and firing Laporte will do us no harm.

It can be difficult to break up an in form CB pairing, but I agree! Rotation will be necessary. Injuries will also happen, unfortunately. We are very lucky to have them.
