I am not so sure it is. He still favoured Gundo during last season's run in and going off his comments during the CWC he still content to stick around for one more season. I agree with a lot there. He has developing to do, no question, but he’s 23. He’s shown enough in games to show he has a lot of potential. Seriously though, I wish I knew what the reason was. I've not been all that impressed with him in terms of scanning and awareness, with loose touches happening a bit too often as a result. However, that could just be adapting to the PL and to City. If it is to do with that you'd expect scouts - and Pep - to notice it before signing him. Maybe they did but thought he'd make progress and he hasn't? Maybe his attitude isnt right? No idea really. Big disappointment though one way or another.

Cant speak to attitude as we dont get to see that side but talent wise I think he can become a useful player
