Was it ever disclosed what his injury was in the final? Seems to have just been forgotten, could very well be several weeks off starting pre-season yet if it was any kind of pull or tear. Doubt we see him in action this month. Get him ready and firing for Arsenal and we'll be good.

Was he back in training this week? Lots of pics on social media of the squad, but I can't recall seeing Rodri.

No but he wasn't due back yet, he and the England lads got longer having made the final so can't tell anything by that. I believe they were welcome to come back anytime this week if they wish, but get until start of next week if they want it. Not seen any of them back in training yet.

Correct. Individual player awards are nice, particularly for the player involved. But team trophies will always be the (to quote Sean Bean) "priorit-eh"
Haha.
Again...obviously club glory over individual accolades. Doesn't stop Rodri being crowned Ballon d'Or winner any less of an achievement, though.

I think Earling not winning it in the treble winning season shows us how tough it will be for a City player to win it.

Has he been pictured in training yet?
They put a video on Twitter last night saying he was back. Think Pep said last week too that the English players were back on Monday and Rodri Wednesday so would add up.

Only reported back on Wednesday I guess he had spent these two days filing forms taking medicial test fitting new shirt completing mandatory anti harassment training. Then probably only went through 1/3 unread emails. Like all of us come back from 1 month vacation. :)
