I read an article in the week that shon a light on something I’d tried to ignore - KDB’s return naturally being a detriment to Gundogan’s performances.

In the long run the choice is obvious but going off recent form there’s a big argument that KDB shouldn’t have started today. Can’t believe I’m saying that, but his form has been poor by his lofty standards.

Just got to hope he finds form in the later stages of the competitions we remain in.

Stop shoehorning him in the team Pep, it’s killing us. He’s a wonderful player, but we’re a far more effective team with Bernardo in his position. 18/19 we won the league without Kev barely playing a minute all season. Our best player that season? Bernardo.

And Kev needs to take a hard look at himself. For me he has all the hallmarks of believing the bullshit that surrounds top players and right now he looks anything but a top player.
