this is the PFA one - voted by ALL Premier league players

Only Henry , Ronaldo & Kev have won it twice.

IF kev wins , he will be 1st to win it 3 times.

This is the most prestigious individual award.

Only issue , voting closed before the wolves game , so Salah maybe slight favourite

Will be announced June 1st week I think

The front runner could do a Mendy/Greenwood after votes close and still win it.

Apparently its logistical issues, as players leave immediately once season ends and don't bother to vote.

This was raised apparently and just before the wolves games was the latest they could delay it by.

Yaya Touré should have won it in 2011-12 and 2013-14. He was definitely the best player in the league both seasons. van Persie and Suarez won it in each respective seasons.
