But do Kev and Phil really DESERVE it? That rag is all that is wrong with dippers and the print media all rolled into one. Salah is a striker; KDB is a midfielder so Kev affects the play much deeper and has to power forward at least 40 yards more to score his goals and create his assists. Maybe we should have compared goals and assists when Van Dijk won it???

Hmmmm, only the fourth player to win this award twice you say, good job sky pundits know what they are talking about to keep the (red) masses informed and on side.

I mean look how they correctly predicted "this boys" ability in the above video, when we saw his potential.

Then compare to the love in they gave van de beek, £80 million player for £40 million their "expert" triumphantly exclaimed to the willing ears of the red masses.

I personally think Rodri has been our best player this season, therefore, the best player in the Prem and he’s got even fewer goals and assists.

Football is soooooo much more than an individual’s goals and assists.

Indeed. The fact that City are the top scorers in the Prem (again!) with our midfield three having fairly low numbers in goals and assists per player tells you goals and assists per player aren’t important.

Our midfield three are the best midfield in the world and are the reason we score so many goals as a team. You could pick any three of them and have genuine gravitas behind choosing them for POTS because of how they effect games of football.

Salah just scores and sets up goals. He’s brilliant at both, but he’s not as good a footballer as de Bruyne.

Agree with this and I actually think silva and Rodri have had the better seasons, I think Kev and Phil have been through lengthy quiet periods but better them than any scouse players.
