I quite liked the extensive conversations bit. Looks like Therese and Andre work well together and they mean business, they both appear quite professional and seem to have big aims.
 
This is a top signing for the club and I cannot speak enough about having players that are also good people in and around the place means. Sam and Yui will be possibly the best midfield defensive combo in the women's game - Therese and Andree did an outstanding job of presenting the vision & selling the club - now let's go and win a title!

It was a tongue in cheek comment, of course we will be ok. It's the current nature of the beast that there will probably be more arse and Chelsea women fans around for the next few years, a bit like in the men's game I suppose. At least until all the current young ones reach adult age.

Excited to see what she can do. I've had a look at comments on the Portland Instagram page and their fans are upset she's left. One saying they won't renew their season ticket!!!

Great addition and with Hasegawa apparently away with Japan in March its badly needed. This League needs to be won this season and quality strength in depth is always welcome.

A left back would seem to be a glaringly obvious need as Greenwood probably suits central defence these days due to her age.

I expect she will want to do especially well against Arsenal, even if it’s just to show them what they missed out on.

Sam sounds like an extremely shrewd acquisition; very good cover and competition for Yui.
