Why on earth was Dave Wallace turned over by fellow Blues??

Emotions were running high I guess but his crime was to continue to try and sell his fanzine despite our relegation.

Ahh the old.''You obviously don't care enough!!!'' one. A bigger blue would be hard to find, same with his missus Sue. Plus they got me my Gillingham ticket when all appeared lost, lol!!

Agreed mate. I went to college with his daughter many moons ago so I appreciate how big a City fan he is. It was just another low moment in a dark day sadly.

It happens when emotions are running high and a darker day in our history would be hard to find.People look for a scapegoat to vent frustration on but still totally out of order.

Hello, In 1998 me and my dad went to Stoke Away. It was the year we both went down. We vowed never to return there because of all the trouble. For those in the wrong end it was no picnic! 17 years on the memories have faded and we've got tickets in the City end on the 11th. (South Stand)

Does anyone know where Man City Fans go before the match? Where to park etc.? Apologies if this is in the wrong forum section.

Cheers Mac and his Dad. (Block 104)

It's a breeze these days, wherever you travel to. I started going to away matches in the early 70's and had to run the gauntlet on many, many occasions.

Now, you can go with your colours on show and nothing happens, apart from a conversation with some opposition supporters who want a friendly chat on the way to the ground.

You may meet the odd tosser who calls you a wanker, but that's as far as it goes.

Like I said, it's a breeze these days.

Nowt to worry about, as those days are long gone.

I'm going to that game, and I'm not worried in the slightest about it.

Cheers.

And parking? Do you pay for parking or with it being an evening match just bump onto any kerb?
