Why is it that when City and Jose are mentioned in the same breath I sense dark clouds looming?

Not doubting he could get us to win something, which in itself is worth it, but the two don't seem to match.

I honestly think it would be a love/hate affair between the two. Interesting and possibly successful in the short term, but very scary.

Why do I feel like that?

To be quite honest, I don't see it happening. Maybe I'm being overly pessimistic to avoid disappointment. The one thing I will say though, is I've said all along that if Mancini takes us to 4th he should be given the opportunity to build on that next season. I've changed my mind. If it were up to me, and Mourinho did say he wanted to come to City in the summer, I'd thank Bob, give him a big fat cheque, pack him off to Juve, and fly Jose in...
