Been saying this for ages with a few surprised looks when i mentioned Moyes as the replacement for Fergie.Bit of a no brainer really.From the same part of the world as Fergie,same kind of management style,A lot of Premiership experience,good record despite having next to no funds to buy players.

This definately leaves the way clear for the special one to come to City.

I think it will be a 'partnership' next time round, the chuckle brothers taking over for one big 'love in'
Couldn't care less who goes there to be honest, I truly believe when Fergie leaves that will be the end of them ruling the roost.
No way will any manager be there for any great length of time, due to how the club is set up and the need for CL each season and winning sliverwear as soon as a manager fails to get them in the CL or a cup etc he will be out.
He has highlighted he will leave before his 70th ' next year' so he will be desperate to win the Prem this time around and the CL next season, hoping to win a 20th lge next term.
Will it happen? I don't think so, Chelsea will re-build, we are moving at some rate forward and will challange I am sure next year even more then this year and what ever people say about Arsenal I think they will be a good bet next season.
So I think this season is the start of their slow decline, they will always be a threat, it is no use wearing 'blue tinted' glasses but what they will have is 4 or 5 teams capable of being as good and that is something they have not had to contend with since 1993.
