Whether it was nerves or emotional draining it went off the boil. Outstanding for 75 minutes.
No it didn't. There was that gutting oh no silence, then everyone rallied and roared us on again.

It was absolutely rocking in ss3. My voice is completely gone! There were moments I felt like I was going deaf, We completely drowned out the spurs fans aswell.
On our day we our one of the best sets of fans in the country
I had to have a sit down at one point, thought I was going to faint. Unbelievable

There were plenty of tourists around, hopefully last night kills the myth we can't have a great atmosphere on champions league nights because a few tourists are in the ground, the ones near me we only too happy to join in with those around them, when we lead like last night they'll follow.It was a proper city crowd tonight. Barely any tourists and everyone was up for it. We never get praise from anyone in the media though

Fantastic atmosphere last night , credit due to a lot of unfamiliar faces around me giving the team every bit of vocal support they could muster, should be a lesson to the regulars who didn’t show up and when they do sit on their hands and moan

Nowhere near as many as average Champions league nights due to the purchasing restrictions.
Can the title be changed to “We need a big atmosphere on Saturday v Spurs” btw? I think we need to pick ourselves up now and do the same again.

Fantastic effort all round I thought - couldn't believe how much my ears were ringing early on. Obviously there were times when the Spurs fans got on top for a bit but I thought we kept it up really well in the main.
Speaking of Spurs, I had one on my FB who lives up here and has always spoke well of City, turn into a right bitter bastard over these 2 games. Last week it was all about VAR favouring us and Arab money, and this week it's how we kicked and cheated our way through both games, plus our atmosphere was wank last night all because we dared to boo and jeer their players. This after they went through so fuck knows what he would've said if they'd been knocked out. I'm not going to bother furnishing the c*nt with a response, and it seems every other blue is giving him a wide berth too!
