Bit of a long shot, i wondered if anyone knew of anywhere where you could buy just the 1969 cup final badge that was on the shirt

Not quite the one, looking for one that can pressed into a shirt

Not just the 1969 final. It was also worn on the 1926 1933 1934 1955 1956 and 1981 finals

Here is a shot of the 1926 final against Bolton

The one City have always worn is not quite the Manchester Coat Of Arms as most know it as the City one doesn’t have the knight’s helmet and ribbon things coming off them, on the crest.

I’d email the company that make historical kits. See if they have a supplier who does it for them.

The badge ; was also on the Maine Line coaches ; during the early 1980s .Always at front of coach.
