1969 FA Cup Final Shirt Signed

Does anyone know how much this would be worth? It's signed by Colin Bell, Mike Summerbee and Francis Lee?

I am assuming it is not match worn! If it was, a tidy 4 figures, maybe £5-£7k maybe more. A replica one signed, hmm, not sure. I have a number of match worn shirts but I wouldn't really want a replica shirt with some signatures. I'd say you might get a ton tops. But I am guessing and it will attract what someone wants to pay, as is always the general rule.

I was at the 69 cup final and stayed at the team hotel. Also staying there was the England cricket team. Got both teams to sign my autograph book. Wonder what that's worth?
