yes he has
He took me to the 1969 final and it cost him a fortune, we got two tickets in the Leicester end.
My mum came down with us for the day, and just before kick off I got a tap on my shoulder, turned around and it was her. She'd had the touts outside running round to get a ticket for the same section we were in!
Both me and him and the same 'college' scarf and we also took it to Vienna the following year.
My mum died in 88 but my dad only died in 2010 just as it was beginning to take off.

When we won the cup in 11 my daughter and I had a sip of brandy, we always shared brandy at the game with him, looked at the sky and shed a tear.
He just missed out on seeing us start winning again.
