1989-91 5-1 Home Shirt reissued

i bought one and its great... the crest is now sown in the original was a puffy type thing, brings back so many memories of players and the era... worth every penny me thinks

I've still got my original, and i was one of the ones who paid extra to get brother stamped on it at the time, cos the shop only sold it without sponsor for some reason, you actually got conned into paying more to get the sponsor!

I think it still fits me, might give it a dust off for summer :)

Really??? I'm so tempted, I remember the danger f the stuck on puffy badges peeling off like the umbro sign. This could be a return to the days of 1989 when in my picture at Bobby Charlton's Soccer School I was the only kid with a Man City shirt on.

I remember from about the mid eighties onwards, the kits had those embossed plastic badges, which faded in the wash. It was only from 92 onwards with the purple away shirt when they started putting proper embroidered badges on the kits.

In and got. Needed a replacement. Favourite all-time. Honourable retirement now for the original (only comes out a few times a year as is). You have made my very happy with that link mate.

THANKS!

No problem, thinking of getting one myself!

Ordered mine yesterday had a few problems on the umbro website at first but got there eventually, glad it's got the umbro logo on unlike the Saab and Phillips re makes, well worth £40
