There was no limit but they said by 4pm tomorrow. It was daft you had to send off info to be verified rather than just log into your account.

Agreed! Norwich's would be emailed directly to them regardless and theirs was only put on their website 8 hours ago....

It is like French customs for importation of Japanese VCRs in the 80s as a protectionist policy, it only opened one day a year.

Having to verify everyone then underestimating the demand for free goods will end up having 2 people needing to process 20k each in a day or two.

Just checked supporter services on Twitter and they're saying you'll receive them approximately 4 hours before kick off
