Even this version of Bernardo can not be replaced

Apart from Wirtz, I don't see anyone who can match his ability.

Today's version of Bernardo is a pale shadow of yesteryear . He's finished at top level pure and simple , along with KBD and Gundo . Start any of these three against a top level team and you may as well play with ten men . Time for some folk to let go,face reality and move on .
 
I think he's got a place in next years squad if everyone wants it, but hes absolutely finished on the wing. Too slow and too predictable
 
Love the guy, his efforts on the pitch are still incredible but he is completely shot as an elite player, we have run the little fella into the ground.
 
I’d like to see stats this season in something as simple as how many times he has passed forwards against passing it backwards, I think I know which win, was so glad he stayed with us last few seasons, won’t be too arsed if this summer is the one where he goes

KDB & Bernardo are still the diamonds of the team for me and they still are one of most reliable players in the squad.


Send them to Chelsea or Arsenal, and they will be serious contenders next season.
 
Berny was wasted out wide again when, doing a lot of leg work with no one in the middle and a n absent dalse 9/attacking midfield centre.

He'll be gone in the summer with our deepest thanks. Had an awful last two seasons and his assists and goal contributions have been very poor in that time

Bernardo is finished at top level , pure and simple , ok against Plymouth but no chance against top PL teams . that's what I see ,stop clinging on to the past and let go . When I see a bird that looks like a duck , walks like a duck and quacks like a duck , I call that bird a duck .
 
The moment it looks like qualification is a certain Id send him to Portugal for some R&R. The lads needs a proper break. 8/10 weeks off in the sunshine with his family and I’m sure we’d see the old Bernardo back.
 
He was fine out on the wing.

But I kind of knew he wasn't going to do anything exciting like Doku or Savinho who are clearly the starters.

I kind of hope we can find a sale next season just to let him move on, perhaps to Portugal.

I like Ryan McAidoo from the academy, that'd be a decent player to give RW backup minutes too I think, along with Bobb and Echeverri coming back.
