20 | Bernardo Silva - 2025/26

The issue with Bernie is he cannot maintain his intensity over a season despite his recent performances. As an example of that is with Gundo. He did have a convincing season at Barcelona, but there were warning signs of regression during the end of that season.

Arsenal (& Barcelona) looking to sign him in the summer - according to BBC

Utter nonsense, his running and stamina stats have been fantastic all seen, and he had played more games for us this season than anyone else

Surely he wouldn’t go to arsenal? That would seriously beg the question as to why he would want to leave us to go there
Exactly. He would never (IMHO) go to another British club. He’s already said to us fans that he’s a city fan - a blue.

He wants to go to a club in Europe where it’s warmer! Usual media rubbish I guess

He’ll go to either Barcelona or Benfica, in my opinion.

He’s made his reasons for leaving pretty clear, and he wants to return to a Mediterranean climate to see out the last few years of his career and bring up his young family - and who can blame him.

He more than deserves the right to reward himself like that.

No way he goes to another English club - he actively wants to leave England.

About as much chance of one of us playing for Arsenal as Bernie lowering himself to go to those wankers.

If you asked every City fan their top 3 favourite ever player Bernardo would be mentioned nearly every time.

Not because he has always been the best player but because he has played like every fan would, especially fucking off that guard of honour for the dippers

Its not at all. There were times througout this season that he was showing signs of decline. He knows it is the right time to move on. Gundo struggled when he returned.
