Well I like it anyway. Im not really too bothered about what the kit looks like like I did when I was a kid, Im too old for all that now. Its just a blue coloured pit of fabric to play football in. That said this looks more like what that shirt should be. I hope the away kit is maroon, which for me should be our natural away colours to go with a blue and white home kit. As for what the design and bits and bobs look like with it, I dont much care really. The ludicrous purple effort seen this year can get to fuck though.

For me it should always be -

Home

Sky blue shirt, with or without white trim

white shorts

navy socks or sky blue with maroon trim


Away

Red and black stripes with black shorts and black socks

Maroon

or white shirt with red and black diagonal sash, with black shorts and black socks.



If I had my way, every kit manufacturer would be bound to design within these limits.

I'm with you on that one, we should always keep tradition. The black shirt was unreal though- even bought 2 for when the other one gets worn out from gym n round the flat.

That New York one I'm a fan of also.
