Wolves sign Ruben Neves from FC Porto for £15.0m and also take Boly on loan from FC Porto.


Zenit also splash the cash:

Zenit St Petersburg sign Sebastian Driussi from River Plate for £13.3m.



Also, Hoffenheim sign Nico Schulz from Borussia M'gladbach for an Undisclosed fee.
 
Rumoured West Brom target moves to Wolfsburg for a decent fee:

VFL Wolfsburg sign Ignacio Camacho from Malaga CF for £11.5m.
 
Boring one to begin with:

Everton sign Wayne Rooney from Manchester United for an Undisclosed fee (not sure if they've paid £10.0m for him and then it'll get added to the Lukaku fee).


Sevilla doing business (both subject to medicals):

Sevilla sign Luis Muriel from Sampdoria for £17.7m (plus £8.8m in add ons).


Sevilla sign Guido Pizarro from Tigres for £5.1m.
 
Confirmed:

Chelsea sign Antonio Rudiger from AS Roma for £31.0m (plus £3.5m in add ons).


Roma have managed to get >£67m for Salah and Rudiger, amazing business.
